RE: OSC complaint formWhen you complain about anything to the Canadian Agencies, expect something like this in return, and then nothing more. No action or follow up- they are a sister act of do little, too late, or more likely nothing at all. BreX was the absolute classic. People laugh at the Bernie M. fraud in NY, in terms of all the pre signals, warnings etc. sent to the various agencies in the US, well it is no different in Canada, and probably worse. It is thus with these guys. They send off form letters though! HRG with its very questionable past trading patterns, shifty cancelled deals that never get fully explained, accusations of theft from former directors, innapropriate conflicted deals with no consequence to the perpetrators, BOD and management who have a mandate to not only protect shareholders and shareholder value, but try and make them money and keep the Cap. of the company representative of value held and future potential, fail to do so, in my opinion. AND in a gross neglectfull way, seeming to attempt the exact opposite. So complain away and expect the following from whatever agency you end up being directed to, as I dealt with a few on this matter.
I did keep all my notes and correspondance, because I want to publish it on the internet or in concert with an article at some point. Of course we need the final outcome to see the "rest of the story".
The answer is of course, one needs to get all their facts together without any help from these goverment guys (it is only their job of course but nothing will happen of course-LOL) , and have a lawyer develop a class action law suit against this company, in my opinion. Not simple, but maybe possible. Just give them enough rope, as they say.
Here is a sample of what you get from the agencies....
And there was more information sent than many of you will probably bother to gather.
"We are in receipt of the information regardingHigh River Gold Ltd. (“HRG”) on the Toronto Stock Exchange, fromthe Ontario Securities Commission (OSC). I have forwarded this additionalinformation on to the trading analyst for his review.

Take care, and keep the faith, your HRG BOD and management, in concert with the fantastic Investor Relations are working on your behalf, and I heard a rumour they were hiring the Canadian and Ontario Securities people to help move this along. ROFLMAO
