RE: tko ame you may be right but what matters is tWell thats good to hear your success, and i agree your timing and strategy for tko, iii, of buying while still shut were excellent. however there are some glaring differences between these companies. tko, iii had previously producing mines, with idle equipment, mills, management, and proven ore bodies..
Ame has non of that. they dont have a mine. not at 60 cents copper, not at 2 dollars. 0.15 % cu is not ore, period, at any price, like I said unless you are milling 100,000 tonnes per day.
the idea of buying near an up and coming producer like ngd, is also valid, because theorettically they could share a mill, but no ngd ore will not be displaced anytime soon to put in ame ore, ngd grade is about 6 to 8 times more valuable than any feed ame could deliver. the synergy here would be saving the cap ex on milling, but in this case the ame ore is not economic with zero mill costs either.
in my opinion this is a dead stock, and there is no mine, and no ore to speak of, unless they have a spectacular find at rainbow.
the best value in the jr sector at this point I beleive, lies in TKO, CML, ngd i beleive will be a takeover target by barrick if not now then once they hit 1M oz, then there will be a good payday. also check into copper mountain, copper fox, cuu, now here are some real ore bodies, with grade and tonnes that are world class..
cheers,
