HAYWOOD - Huge Cross this AM

HAYWOOD - Huge Cross this AMHAYWOOD did a 13 million share cross this morning @ 0.29 .

Looks like some positioning going on this morning prior to some news coming out.  Subsequent trading seems to back this up with last trade being at 0.46.

Any thoughts????
