RE: 12 centsIt's not a matter of "if" but "when"!   Unfortunately I doubt the new offer will come close to the former.  I hope I am proven wrong.

Clearly there is a lot of hostility now between our gumboot Board/mgt. and Pala, and we as shareholders have had to bear the burden of this screwup.

That's what happens when egos cloud one's judgement.
