May 15 Warrants Re-Written to .10This extract from TNR's Q1 Financial Statements may have some bearing on current s/p action.
On April 3, 2009, the TSX Venture Exchange consented to the reduction in the exercise price of 7,250,000
warrants expiring on May 15, 2009 from $0.50 to $0.10. If the closing price of the Company’s shares is $0.125 or
greater for a period of 10 consecutive trading days, then the warrant holders will have 30 days to exercise their
warrants, otherwise, the warrants will expire on the 31st day.
10 days from May 15 is May 25th; deadline passed and criteria met!
Also, the Q1 F/S shows Warrants expiring in October are priced at .50-- s/p could go much higher....
