How long can they stretch this play out.......They have almost no money.  They keep dragging out the study.  It's a coming.  Could they turn a profit in umpteen years with a little investment of say $30 million.  Not likely.  Certainly not this management.  They burned through a pile of cash with some dry holes in the ground to show for it.
