Class Action Hopefully In The Wind

Hey Mates,

For those of us who got hoodwinked into rejecting Pala's .36 offer a few months back, it looks like the gloves are being taken off.

If Pala is successful, there is a very good chance that a class action will be filed against present and past management and directors of Rockwell. I've been approached by two friends and former colleagues in Vancouver to see whether I'd participate. I've answered in the affirmative.

Sadly the once mighty HD Group seem to be in free fall.
