Uncharacteristic volume spike.Someone just cleaned out all the Asks up to 40 cents or approximately 125k shares.  I have heard that Douglas has everything answered and now it's up to the Commission to lift the CTO.  Perhaps this abrupt vacuuming of shares has something to do with that.  It sure would be nice to get that CTO done so that news will flow and the 43-101 document can get released.
