NOTICE OF REVOCATION ORDER
On May 21, 2009, the Commission revoked an exemption order (ExemptionOrder) issued on October 14, 2008 to egX Canada Inc. (egX). TheExemption Order exempted egX from the requirement to be recognized asan exchange pursuant to section 147 of the
Securities Act(Ontario). egX notified the Commission that it has effectively ceaseddeveloping its exchange business and requested the revocation of theExemption Order.
A copy of the revocation order is published in Chapter 2 of this Bulletin.
