Monday is a Disaster

Monday is a DisasterThe 8th report of the monitor has stated the creditors will receive on average 85% of their claims.  This leaves zero value to the shareholders.

We waited a long time, took a gamble and lost.  This is the game.

We are lucky if we can receive a penny a share.

I still believe if we were in the US, the directors of EF would be liable for the lack of timely information, withholding material information, and the bankruptcy within the 12 month period of the prospectus.  The directors are liars and poor business people. They should be banned for life for ever serving in a public company.

The shareholders have the moral high ground while the company has fleeced us one last time.

If any one wants to file a class action law suit please let me know.
