RE: HRG vs Industry

RE: HRG vs IndustryFirst, let me say thank you producion05, I love your very informative post and your DD, you make everything very logical and easy to understand, very appreciated!!!

Now, I know so much goes into a Market Cap of a company but I just want to go over the 5 first companies that you posted their production numbers for Q1 2009 along with their cost of production and I will add their MC just for fun!!

) Golden Star - 96,971 ounces, $571 US Cash op cost per oz MC of $590M

2) Red Back Mining - 70,408 ounces, $389 US  MC of 2,394M

3) High River Gold - 69,118 ounces, $414 US (ounces represent attributable to HRG only, at 100% production was 76,794 ounces in Q1) MC of 124M!!!!

4) Eldorado Gold - 61,429 ounces, $296 US  MC of 4,010M

5) Semafo Inc. - 58,100 ounces, $460 US MC of 582M

If we were to call these are peers, we are trading at 6.5% of their average Market Cap...This is ridiculously undervalued and I cannot wait to see how our "independant" members of our BOD will spin this as a true valuation.  If we were to valued at the same valuation as these "peers", our price would be $3.21 per share!!!

Some food for thought!!

Glorieux
