my problem with the warrants are that the people extending them and reducing the price are the same people holding them (Art ) As a shareholder I will get diluted if they are exercised.  They simply can't be in the money forever can they?  is it in the companies interest to issue shares at .25 if they are producing 3,000 boed? I would think that if the company needed more money they would issue more shares at a higher price if Art brings value to the table. 

if things don't go good should Art reduce the exercise price to .02 and extend them till 2100.   It just seems to me another way to fleece the sheep as the phrase goes.  you'll understand when the question arises " why isn't the shareprice going up?  I guess it's like the Alberta govn. changing the royalties. The quote was "your not a virgin anymore" in other words we can't trust you to not change the rules in the middle of the game which is what the warrant changes are.  I don't think i'm alone in this thinking.  The halt take that way from Art with 1 month to go for the warrants.  July 1 hurry up.
