You are quite righ they are not comparable.  IDC has product, is well run, growing every year in a mulitbillion Dollar market.  IDC has contracts and IS making profits.
 
EFL has some product but god knows what, based on revenue it is being run into the ground and has a shrinking market share in a mult--billion Dollar market.  EFL has to my knowledge NO conctracts and is losing money faster than someone with Montezuma's revenge.
