The Company has two operating sites in Canada and a 52-acre site with a 135,000 square foot manufacturing facility in Jamestown, New York state for its planned gigafactory.

...one more thing. You state EFL has potential. Great! Most investors would wish that it had true vision, a product in demand(if they did, the would be pulling in tens of millions) , contracts, marketing (real marketing) and profits.

So yup, you think EFL has potetinal- DEFINED exactly what that potential is, because from my perspective OTHER battery manufactures REALLY do have potential and DO have contracts.

Are we missing something here?!
