With uncertainty, it's easy to justify this action and re-adjust targets once news is made public.

With most analysts now having re-adjusted targets, and with volume beginning to normalize....cautious buying should begin until uncertainty is taken away via NR.

This may be a very good entry point and worth considering, given the risk associated with UUU
