at least we all know

at least we all knowOne of the great things about markets is that you can buy or sell!  Being as negative as you are then SELL! I am a supporter, but if I did not like what was happening as with some others, I sell and do not dwell in negative energy or posts. That is the ultimate waste of time. IMHO the company is doing what it can with very little money. They have several of their projects J/V'd indicating that other companies find them interesting and are willing to spend money on them. This does two things, 1) removes the risk of Yale spending money on the property and 2) delays at least dilution from a capital raise at these prices. This may happen anyway. At least the company is trying to keep the public aware of what it is doing! How can this be a bad thing?
