RE: RE: NR: Aurcana takes control

RE: RE: NR: Aurcana takes controlPositive.  Certain production costs are fixed, so to increase throughput (and therefore revenues) is definitely a plus.  Furthermore, there are certain efficiencies that are achieved as per the NR stating improved concentrate %.

As for profitability at these prices, I think it could be close with the planned expansion to push it over.  Back when La Negra started production (around June 2007): copper, zinc, and silver, were approximately $3.25, $0.80, and $13 respectively.  Today we are around $2.20, $0.68, and $15.  However, since starting operations the Company has mined more profitable ore, become more operationally proficient,  and taken a number of cost cutting measures.

Once again today's volume is indicative of good interest in this stock.   Even though the price hasn't moved, we have had 7 STRAIGHT SESSIONS of positive buying/trading.  Check out the accumulation and money flow that has been going on for a long time now.  Eventually the consolidation will end, and a little bit of positive news will send this much higher.  I believe that within a couple month's time we will also have a "golden cross" on the daily chart as a technical indicator for this to move as well.....

All IMHO.
