The Chinese are buying because they can get shares in a 2 million oz Au Eq polymettalic deposit in one the best  Mexican(world) mining areas for  eight cents per share.

We the average shareholders have been diluted  50% since last summer.

Management needed to do what had to be done but I would have preferred another route.

I lost -at one point-95% of my capital and all the time-I am still down substantially and have endeared a few years of suffering fiscally.

Dilution sucks.Period.

I hope management can find a  fair partner because I do not believe one shareholder in the world gets wealthier by having his or her investment consistently diluted-especially before pre-feas status drilling.

Glen and Mr. Shearing have both been very good,fair and consciderate to me with their time,understanding  and patience but we have suffered immensely as shareholders.

Teh road to further dilution is not in any of our best interests.
