Private Placement

Private PlacementGood to see they are raising cash to get them past the next little bit. I am sure a lot of insdiers will be putting money on this but at the same time each unit is = to 4 shares + 1 .20 cent warrant. So subtracting the warrant out this gives the fair market price of the deal per shares at .08 (.32 / 4 ) So I don't think the price will shoot out the lights yet, otherwise people will sell off their shares at .09-.10+ and then use that cash to buy thisprivate palcement units. So teh big money may have to wait just a little bit longer in my opinion.

"Zaio Corp. has released a non-brokered private placement of up to 2.75 million units at a price of 32 cents per unit for gross proceeds of up to $880,000. Each unit will consist of four common shares in the capital of the corporation and one common share purchase warrant. Each warrant will entitle the holder to purchase one common share of the corporation at an exercise price of 20 cents for a period of 24 cents months from the closing date. At the option of the corporation, the exercise period for the warrants may be shortened from 24 months to 30 days should the common shares trade at a price equal to or greater than 50 cents for five consecutive trading days.
