Hey curt - good point as you are right - without it trading investors can't cash out in advance of the PP closing.
I am sure the insiders will have this one almost fully subsribed considering the amount of money they have on this one already. Another positve would be new cash woudl be a new lease on life and worth the gamble at these low prices.
