Shares and warrants outstanding.

Shares and warrants outstanding. Is any body here concerned, or overly concerned about the seemingly large number of O/S shares and warrants?

Fully diluted there are 215,700,000 shares outstanding, consisting of 72,000,000 warrants with expiration dates from Aug.2009 to April 2014, and a small number of options (60,000 ) good 'til July 2012 at 10 cents.

The reason I ask the above is,  if the company intends on growing without massive dilution to shareholders, the only way to grow would be through mining revenue earned by and for the company.  To issue too many shares growing the company is silly, as you would wind-up with O/S shares in the billions;if that were to happen the only way to right that wrong is a reverse split, and reverse splits are almost always viewed by the market as the beginning of the end.
