RE: NOW

RE: NOWI think it's obvious one or both of the large sharholders (Growthworks and Sprott) voted against the poison pill. There aren't enough of us individual shareholders, even if every one of us voted against it, to out vote by 50.1% to kill the poison pill. We know the board would have voted for it as it was their idea so there is a large chunck of "yes" votes.

Unless...... they introduced it a while back to try and delay any take over bid, maybe they caught wind of it, until a time when the share value is, or in this case should be, worth a lot more. By doing this they would garner a lot more in the way of a bid price for the company. Maybe they for saw a share price of $0.75 or higher by this time and the bidding would have started pretty high for a takeover.

But, maybe Growthworks, or who ever the big seller has been, is the one wanting to do the take over. It would be in their interest to keep the shareprice down so that a bid, their bid, could start a lot lower. Now they voted against the poison pill and it's gone. Hmmmmmmm

I'm starting to like the conspiracy theory stuff, it's fun. Either way, I think we'll know sooner than later now that the poison pill was voted down.
