I don't expect any offer even close to 50 cents let alone a dollar.    History tells me to expect something about 30% higher from previous offer or current average share price.   Looking for an offer between 24 and 28 cents.   For my 60,000 or so shares I am looking for a min of 50 cents.  Also expect to see gold leave 1,000 dollars in the dust come fall.   So if they want the summer off management will have to make this one work in the next 2 weeks or face the reality of a dollar plus to get majority of minority stakeholders come fall.   I am also prepared for some twisted scheme to further try and drive the price down.    Anyway keep up the pressure on the BOD to do something right for this company and shareholders.
