RE: Duh! II

RE: Duh! IIThe recommendation of the Special Committee. Now that is the funniest EVER. It IS SPECIAL -YES  Specially constructed, in my opinion, to completely screw all of you! I think they are ALL a bunch of sleazy manipulating typical Russian business guys, as I pointed out earlier and was criticized for changing my position on HRG. When the risk reward changed, and I realized that Canadian Authorities would never do ANYTHING EVER, no matter what, while at the same time EVERYTHING a reasonable person would conclude was being done by the Russian crew to screw everyone not on their side of the table, I changed.  They should never be in charge of public entities, especially Canadian, but in Canada it is all nonsense, where nothing happens in these situations. You have to say, at least in the U.S. they WOULD NOT PUT UP with this BS.IMO. So, do not expect your Canadian Authorities to DO ANYTHING. Have I said this before!
Class action law suits take a long time. The way you get one going, is to engage a lawyer who specializes in these, and he needs a lead shareholder, willing to put a bit of time in. The lawyer ascertains whether there in fact are grounds, and if so works out some sort of deal. Of course rarely is the lead person paying anything, the lawyers, who do this work on winning and getting a percent. If they take on a case they like to settle out of court often. ALL the shareholders, who are in the period of time that is framed by the action share in the proceeds, but it rarely amounts to much going to them after fees etc. The company guys, like the Severstal crew, often do not care that much, as it is years away, and can be rationalized when they make such big profits as will probably be the case here. That is why CANADIAN AUTHORITIES should do something NOW. But they will just send you form letters and sundry shuck and jive BS. EOS and IMO
You wonder why many Canadian are concerned about the North and the oil there. Think Canada will really stand up to the Russians? I doubt it, we are a bunch of wimps it appears. Hey Call Steven Harper, see if he is all talk as well. LOL
