share perfomance
share perfomanceI wrote last week of Rob McEwen (

Dear Mr.McEwen:
On behalf of the minority shareholders of HRG(TSX), we respectfully request your expert opinion regarding thecompanies current circumstances.
An associate of mine met youmany years ago and has followed your career with great interest. Havingheard your skills and accomplishments spoken so highly of, I felt thatyour input would be of great benefit to all shareholders at large.
What would be your advice to the minority shareholders?
Thank in advance for your kind attention.
Sincerely
Richard Casnig
Minority shareholder
Mr. McEwen kindly responded today:
Dear Richard
I haven’t followed the company’s progress for some time. Theiroperations are in parts of the world where I don’t invest. I am notaware of the shareholders’ concerns but looking at the shareperformance it appears that something is amiss. If you feel the companyis being mismanaged ask management and the Board to explain what istheir strategy to get the company performing better. If unsatisfiedwith the answer and if you feel the shareholders are being abusedcontact the securities commission.
Rob
In just a few minutes he was able to pick out that there is something wrong with the share performance of this company.
How long has the OSC been informed, and yet we see/hear no action?
