RE: Market As Battleground

RE: Market As Battleground

I have been reading and involved about this drama for the last while.

The most recent trading will have no impact on the AGM voting shares.  Shareholders need to be on record on May 19th.  Otherwise, I would have suggested a "takeover" by us poor minority shareholders.

I don't find it surprising based on Serstals history that they released the desire to "generously buy shares" on May 22nd, after the day of record of May 19th.  As a result no other major competition can block their plans.  Bring in enough turmoil, and many of the shareholders on record are shaken out so that they have fewer people to contend with or who care about the actual AGM.

The outcome will be determined by existing shareholders.

Can anyone confirm that it will require 90% of the voting shareholders to pass Serstals "offer"?
