RE: Shareholder List

RE: Shareholder ListAny shareholder of a public Canadian Company can request a shareholder list. These lists are not hard to generate as they are handled by companies which specialize in this. I have, as a former Director been able in Vancouver to get up to date lists within two days of a request. I gave the name of lawyers who know all about this stuff. IF you are organized, you need to get down to having a lawyer available to minimally answer these sorts of questions, and also instruct, or write letters of request. By doing this you document the process and force people to subscribe to the current laws. And they will under duress, because they are trying to stay within the law and not get sued, in my opinion. It sort of like a greased up pig or bunch of pigs in this case, hard to pin down, but you can make them squeal. LOL
