RazamaKaz ...Everyone knows that Kaz is corrupt. Lure foreign inverstment to develop the assets then change the laws later to extort more from the companies once they start producing from the mines/wells.

Didn't Stelmach do something like that in Alberta? So called new royalty-screwed-regime. Oil companies are still sore about doing business in Alberta for that. So it doesn't just happen in Kaz. Just that everyone expects Kaz to be up there with the worst of the worst re-negger nationalizers. Second only to Chavez.

But despite all that ... what is UUU doing tomorrow?
