A few things.

1: This vote will never pass as they need 90% of non Severstal to vote yes....and never ever ever will anywhere near that vote YES as most do not vote.    This is a non-issue people.  They will own less than 60% of the company after this next financing gets done.

2: If you want the shareholder list...you can buy it for about a grand.    Call 866-282-2058 and ask to buy the HRG shareholder list.  They'll point you to the right people.

3: Paradigm was the independant appraiser for the share valuation of 22 cents....so the independent directors, Khudyakov, Glackmeyer, and Polakoff, agreed with that assessment.    You will get a copy of this assessment with you mailing.

4: You would need to prove they are not looking out for the non-severstal interests.  Easy to do??? Do not know.  If they have shares in Severstal, I guess you could argue that they are not.

5: Anyone can talk at the annual meeting.  Go and you can speak to the board and possibly also Paradigm.

6: At the meeting, you can personally ask to vote on new independent directors instead of this slate, but Severstal also gets to vote on these....so how independent can they be?
