Severstal's Nightmare - The List*OWN - I have taken liberty to assume you will not vote yes. Please correct me if I am wrong.
*prouditalian - Your friend had 3.3M shares. Do you want to check with him if he stil holds them and what his intentions are?
I am still unclear what % of shares are needed to block the vote. If Severstal needs
90% of non Severstal shares to move forward, I dont see how that is possible. Our updated list (bottom of right most column) has us at 4.1% (of non Severstal shares) now. Add to this list : folks who are still to update + who are not aware of what is happening and will not vote + institutional investors - and you get to 10% of non Severstal shares pretty fast.
