... and the shares sell off today by ~C$0.50 back down to C$24 1/2.  

6.3% dividend, reasonable growth prospects; good bear-market downturn characteristics, respected management, inspired moves,.... 

I gotta wonder if somebody is still dumping excess BCE shares and re-allocating to oil stocks or similar.
