RE: RE: RE: Stock Trading Philosophies And Nuvo ReDrywall,  in a stock buy back, the stocks are purchased by the company and cancelled (called a normal course issuer bid) and most money making companies state this in a news release annually.  The company may or may not act on this transaction.  It doesn't mean much to me because so many companies state this but don't do it.  If a company cancels shares, then the eps increases.  Institutions like this.

But regardless of the shareprice, hedge funds buy this stock.  It's only the mutual funds that will stay away because it is a penny stock. 

With FDA decision looming, there is money to be made: Retailers as well as hedge funds can smell the money.
