Are you saying that on August 4, 2009, the sp will be $0.45? No way Jose! No way....
But let's say that you are correct. The current price is $0.33, and if we get to $0.45 is a $0.12 gain or a very respectable 36%. If after FDA approval we get to your $1.65, that's a whopping 400% return. So you see, nothing to be sorry about at all.
In this informal poll, so many are calling for about $1.00, therefore, the sp should creep up towards $1.00 on Auguest 4, 2009.
Right now, we are probably seeing the warrants being exercised before they expire worthless. i don't know if the warrant holders are also shorting the company too because there isn't much time left, and one never knows if a partner will be announced early or if the FDA will announce early. One never knows what the panel that votes is thinking: Come on "Sally" i've got to go on vacation, hurry up and vote YES. Being a human process, there is a lot of subjectivity involved. But being the 3rd time, imo, the probabiltiy is very high that shareholders will be happy this time around. NRI has hired the best (imo) advisors, so they've done their best in every way. Even "klaatutu" thinks that there is no conspiracy at work at the FDA, so if NRI has done its job well, we will be very happy.
By the way, i've been buying all morning at $0.33.
