I have not seen RBC buy alot of shares since I have been following ROX (quite a long time now) so they must have participated in the PP in November for 5 cents, they are selling now for a nice profit and then will exercise their warrants (10 cents) after ROX wins, kind of a smart move, at least these shares are now in stronger hands!
