$3.03 per share deal?

$3.03 per share deal? What's your take on the meaning of "arranging"?

"...also conditional on the Subscriber ARRANGING substantially all of the debt financing required for the completion of Phase I of the Company's Kouilou Potash Project..."

Is the Subscriber is covering the costs of the debt financing as part of this deal?
Meaning:
- 400M shares @ $0.70 = 280M
- capital expenses of phase 1 of the Kouilou potash project $835-million (U.S.) = $935M (CDN)
- Total = $1.215B / 400M shares = $3.03 per share.

Or do you think the deal intends the Subscriber to simply pay the costs of securing the debt (brokerage fee, etc.)?

$3 bucks a share sounds a lot better for controlling interest in MAA.

Thoughts?

K
