ccharlwood to another point that keeps being raised for immediatye decision, I thought  it was agreed maybe not with your final concurrence to use your lawyer for advice/counsel, if needed.

My current concern is that people are offering up some monies right now to help this cause and no-one is responding to them.

Who knows assuming we get the list using some of the monies(1000.00) ,  perhaps we can bi-pass the lawyer idea ( we seem to know much of what is required  and can seek cousel if/when) and use the monies to pay someone who is really briefed well for a week's work to do nothing but call shareholders whether that be during or after work hours - unless someone here wants the job with some compensation for their time and effort  i.e. Glorieux for example etc etc .

Any thoughts all.
 

Finally with all these HRG proxy packages coming in, it is best in my opinion to vote WITHHOLD on the nominees to the Board or on everything and return or phone in this way.This starts to send the "negative" shareholder message right away to Mgt and the greater the number doing this helps sets the stage for the forthcoming 22c offer.This can start a rethink on their part sooner.
