Actually, succeeding at blocking a take private transaction is just the first step in this battle. The true success will be getting 'A'  BOD running this company to create the highest value for ALL shareholders. This may not happen unless we get a lawyer involved to protect our minoirty shareholder rights. I am in in talks with a lawyer and will report back when I have concrete information. The $ donations are appreciated, but not necessary yet.
