RE: i wont sell my shares

RE: i wont sell my shares"i think we will get bids from other companies now..and who knows other company wants to buy MAA shares at $1.50

so let shorts chase MAA shares on Monday...

I think for sure...some other company will bid on MAA shares very soon"

I think Friday's announcement changes the game and puts this possibility in play now. A minority stake was only worth $.42/s, but a majority stake is worth at least $.70/s. Would the big boys (Agrium, CF, Terra, etc.) just let MAA get gobbled up for a measly $280 million? I got to believe it's worth more than that just to keep their production OFFLINE and buy big reserves. For strategic reasons, both national, geographical and corporate MAA is very important.

The thing is, can one of the big company's get their act together before this MOU gets approved? I'm curious if MAA would solicit more bids. One thing we should be prepared for now, is more good news, faster news and more frequent news. MAG management have taken this company from a go slow approach to a fast track. This could be quite a ride.
