RE: Form 8-K for MYNG

RE: Form 8-K for MYNGHRM3....Thanks for the report....much appreciated.

I see two outstanding clauses in the article

MYNG - The material terms of the Agreement are describedin Current Report on Form 8-K dated January 15, 2009. From mid-September 2008until March 25, 2009 the Company performed maintenance and (environmentalregulatory compliance functions) at the Mill and assisted Queenstake in securingapproval from the Nevada Division of Environmental Protection to restartoperations at the Mill.

And YNG - Queenstake alleges that the Company(MYNG) breached an agreement between the parties with respect to the operation of theMill; breached an implied (covenant of good faith and fair dealing; and committednegligence in the operation of the Mill).

I guess from what I have read, the state agency shut the mill down entirely because of non-compliant offences, which should have been looked after by MYNG  to keep their operational contract in force with YNG.

I am sure Graham had some hi-powered lawyer give him advice beforce he enacted to put MYNG off the site

Just my thoughts....Richard
