RE: RE: RE: RE: Financing CommentaryGood points. My uneducated take on the situation is that they are between a rock and a hard place (no pun intended). The crash came about 6 months too soon and they find themselves in a position of not having enough money to complete the drilling and prove up more oz's because of the general lack of market interest in anything but solid results in this minefield of decimated junior exploration companies. From what I can figure out, I believe there is a mine there but how to get from here to there is the problem. It must be frustrating for them as it is for us shareholders to almost be able to taste it but there is no way in hell they will be able to raise money without giving up a big chunk because in this game, the guy with the money makes the rules and if that is what they have to do to move forward, then I think it is the right decision...better to have 66% of something and at least find out if there is a mine to be had than just sit on it until the last grain of sand runs out of the timer and they would be no furthur ahead of where they are now. The "angel" struck a hard deal for a look at the cards and so what if he gets richer, he paid for the privilage. We could still wind up with 66% of something pretty spectacular.
At these levels I have been adding on the dips and for relatively little money have a shot at something that I feel is a great opprotunity. I have no particular thing that stands out except that something attracts me to this gamble, and thats what it is. DD can only show you so much. In some cases you just have to follow instinct and for some particular reason out of the portfolio that I have, this is one that I am willing to sit on and just wait it out and keep buying the dips.
I think ASD wants to put itself in a position that will attract a buyer and this new money may do just that. So rational thinking or not, I am hanging in with them ....
