July 23rd not August 18th regarding the
July 23rd not August 18th regarding the date for the merger agreement. I checked with the company and some of the guys got the two companies mixed up a bit. Consolidated Puma Minerals [CPW] is the company that Sage is merging with. Puma Explorations [PUM] is a different company and not part of the merger.
