RE: The bottom line.....I won't disagree with you on Paladin taking over if ISA doesn't find a way to generate positive cash flow. I will disagree with your underlying premiss that this is Paladins best outcome.

If ISA goes under it'll take 1.5 to 2.5 years and this is time wasted and the reputation of the product is trashed as ISA gets more and more desperate to find a partner. Not to mention it flys in the face of Paladins rep as being able to pick winners. I am convinced that Paladin wanats ISA to succeed and will finish the job with a takeover before the stock price fully reflects the potential future revenues.

Having ISA rejig the business plan to make the lab a profit center I am sure is a Paladin idea and I think goes along way to show that the focus is solidly on cash flow. I would be interested in other thoughts on this strategy as I think it was one of the bigger NEW items to come out of the AGM but hasn't been discussed too much on this board. The strategy was broken into three parts on the slide; perhapps someone who took better notes come outline the plan.
