RE: Rockwell Won

RE: Rockwell WonHey Mates,

To say that someone "won' - at the SGM - is indicative of how big a mess this company is in.  The true and legitimate vote was done in the marketplace.  More than 2.5 million shares voted with their feet today, as the market for RDI stock virtually collapsed.  I and my colleagues have been bailing these last 5 trading days with only a .015 per share loss.   Clearly the propaganda coming from the "executive" directors was unlike what I have ever seen, and  sufficient to intimidate and confuse the less knowledgeable.   And there will no doubt be further deterioration in the coming days and weeks ahead.  Dissension within the Board will now grow, as a majority of the Board has shown non-confidence in the "executive" directors.

Let's face it.  No one won here, and the biggest loser has been the retail shareholder who believed that  "management" could, from the outset, improve shareholder value, especially as a diamond producer.

With any legitimate established public company, where various funds (pension, mutual etc.) hold a strong share position, incompetence is rewarded with termination, whether it be Board members or management.  However with the majority of penny stocks, incompetence seems to rule the day, and the average shareholder is held hostage.

I submit that we have not seen the last of this fight.  Rest assured, Pala will be back.  They will continue to accrue an ever larger position in RDI.  The next vote will come sooner than you think, and one way or another Copeland and the Bristows will be finished.

Cheers to all remaining shareholders, and good luck.

Brit
