A smart way to play this

The ratio of SVM shares to be given to KDX is set.
Thus, if SVM is forced to increase their bid for KDX then SVM share price will fall while KDX share price rises.

Instead of buying SVM I'm going to buy KDX. I might even sell some SVM and use the money to buy KDX shares.
