Comments on management re: NDA (CDN Psoriasis)

Comments on management re: NDA (CDN Psoriasis)

Here are my thoughts in regards to the developments concerning NDA for psoriasis in Canada.

In early May, they announced the deal between Isotechnika and Paladin. On that same day, the CEO of Paladin stated they were planning to file a NDA for Psoriasis in Canada before the end of 2009. Now, only 6 weeks later at the ISA agm, the CEO for Paladin has been quoted as saying the NDA for Psoriasis in Canada will be delayed until the second half of 2010. To me, I have assumed someone at screwed up and didn't realize more testing (stability testing) was required when they originally stated the NDA would be filed before the end of 2009.

Given the recent developments noted above, it's already hard not to be disappointed with management so early on in the Paladin/ISA relationship. A previous poster stated he spoke to the CEO of Paladin and quoted the CEO as saying Paladin hits its targets, and it's better to under-promise and over-deliver. To me, it looks like Paladin will already miss a target, and the CEO has now over-promised and under-delivered.

Hopefully they can get their act together soon.
