HPQ Silicon Inc. (HPQ) is a Canada-based technology company specializing in green engineering of silica and silicon-based materials. The Company operates in a single operating segment, segment, being the sector of the transformation of quartz into silicon materials and derivative products.

I wouldnt worry about it Will. After todays AGM we could see that 43-101 come out anytime. Unlike STK which had results that could of been good OR Bad(they were alright), UBR's news will be good regardless. The 43-101 will give a huge increase to the companys assets and that will make it run.

AUA was a great example of this. When the news came out in April the stock was at 2 cents, on TSX review and ready to be delisted, and then their 43-101 came out on their moly property(which was very low grade and tiny), and the stock popped to 15 cents because they now have a valuable piece of land under their belt.

UBR will be great, people just want it for cheap.
