Osisko Mining Corporation (TSX: OSK)(FRANKFURT: EWX)("Osisko" or the "Company") at the request of the Investment Industry Regulatory Organization of Canada (IIROC), on behalf of the Toronto Stock Exchange, states that Osisko is not aware of any material information of Osisko that may be contributing to the recent increase in market price and the level of trading activity of the common shares of the Company.

Osisko Mining Corporation is currently developing the Canadian Malartic gold deposit and adjacent mineralized zones into a large-scale open pit, bulk-tonnage mining operation. The Company is well-funded with $440 M in working capital and is carrying out an aggressive mine development, reserve definition and exploration campaign.
