News Release just out regarding the

News Release just out regarding theclosing of the private placement. Seems they only needed $5,000,000.00 to
satisfy the terms of the loan. What scuzzballs. Also take a look at the double speak
regarding delisting. IMHO a pure attempt to shake some shares loose. Perhaps
we should check with the TSX to see if they are in total agreement with the news
release.
