One of my points is the tax loss gained should cover Paladins investment, therefore no skin in the game. My second point is maybe their waiting for Lux to go through the FDA process, and then hand the same FDA team phase three psoriasis and say – oh, by the way - can we have FDA approval for this also. This would save money, time (years of jumping through FDA hoops) and probably we would have less chance of psoriasis failing.

Of course before Isotechnika tried this they would get the ok from the FDA. I was a little disingenuous with the - oh by the way – remark but you get the idea.
