Good follow-up Thyfish.No harm in drafting this but on the monies aspect I would hope we would have that first contact with the Lawyer for initial advice ( even on the $1000.00 - we've had views indicating you can get it free, HRG is obligated to provide??? etc etc ) and hopefully we can clarify this p.m.as to who leads the contact with the Lawyer i.e.Production or the other poster who is dealing with their Lawyer.
